Sticky tape and rust removal from scissors

Spray a small amount of WD-40 onto the affected areas and let it sit for a few minutes. For sticky residue, wipe it off with a soft cloth, and for rust, gently scrub with fine steel wool if necessary. After cleaning, wash the scissors with warm, soapy water and dry them thoroughly. Finally, apply a light coat of WD-40 to the blades to protect against future rust, wiping off any excess to prevent slipperiness.
